I was recently riding in the Black Forest of southern Germany where I live. (expat living in Germany)
I was on a smooth downhill, I am safe, smart and have good skills on a mountainbike but something happened. I don’t know what that something was as the consussion has blocked my memory.

The doctors said…”If you weren’t wearing a helmet, you would likely be dead or have severe brain damage.”

Wear it…please because you never know what could happen.
