    I think you may be mixing up Kailua on Oahu with Kailua-Kona on the Big Island. As far as I can tell the B-Cycle program is on Oahu. 🙂

    515 Kailua Rd
    Kailua, HI 96734

    and

    767 Kailua Rd
    Kailua, HI 96734

    Both of those locations are on Oahu.
